Good avatars?

Hi there. I have some avatars what i like to submit, now i'm saving them in .png, but i know what for submit them i need change them to .jpg or .gif. But when i change them the definition of the image is lower (a less quality images). So, can somebody know a way to change the images to jpg or gif, and continue with the high quality?

(i hope u can understand my question, like english isn't my first languaje... )

It's a graphic optimizer, but it'll allow you to convert image file type. If that doesn't work, you could try searching for a converter on Google.

though, jpg is pretty high quality, the other 1 is sucky .-.
