Each game have their own Board, why can't we simply put the Clan sections in each of Game Board

Ex:
AQW
-GD
-Suggestion
-Bug-Q&A
-Clan
...

Icemaster Yeti
Snuggably legendary

Because that would be more forums to have to moderate on top of those already existing, instead of one.

So make them Mod in all Clan section

Title: AK of AQ/AQW/DF/ED/MQ Clan

Doesn't seem hard
Also, easier for player to catch up with all information in clans, not all player bother to read all Forum to seek that Board

Mail Moogle of AdventureQuest

Because they WERE in seperate forums but were moved there for consolildation so that way it would be able to make it easier for everyone to find them. Since it was changed from one to the other, there's no reason to go back to the old system.

Also, no AK wants a title that long just to identify the forums they moderate. That wouldn't even fit in the title slot.

You... must.... be kidding, now no one find them. AQ Clan screaming because they dying, Idk about MQ, AQW clan not even being made and discussed, and DF has no move. I can't see the reason why this is better than old system. The system is NEW doesn't mean it's good, we should follow what the best for Forum, and that's the only thing I want.

Also AQ/AQW/ED/DF/MQ Clan have only 15 letters. Look at ur title, it's "AQ/AEGD & CH&G" and it's 12 letters (not include ur custom title), 3 more won't hurt anyone

Exquisitely pathological

15 + 10 is 25. 25 - 12 is 13 not, not 3.

Technicalities aside, people who are interested in clans are likely to seek them out, even if they were hidden in AExtras. Might as well keep all the clan pages in one place. It makes moderation a lot easier as well.

Well, the problem that in clan rule, clan must not Pm people or kinda into the clan, so not much reason for people to seek them "and people won't think about clan unless they see a Clan Board" (just like you see a pie after watching a show, you can remember how hungry you are)

Also if you include AK title it will be 15 + 10 + (12 + 10) = 3 :P

Also about Mod using those Page, It won't be hard because using Post since last Hour (or Today Post in section), a Mod can basically cover all sections.

Right now some AK can control over 2-4 Boards at once, and it won't be hard since as I can tell, Clan Board have only around 20 posts a day (at max, or it will be only 5-10 posts a day)

After the merging of the clans a couple of months ago, the clans have become easier to moderate and have actually increased in overall activity when compared to before this change. You're right, changes don't mean they are positive changes. However, in this case it was.

As clans are largely community based, they belong in the community section, not in the game fora. No player created clans, except for ED, are supported by the game at the moment. The game clans of AQ and MQ have fora aimed solely at community. This is all makes them belong in the community section.

Fora do not have to be active, they only are and should be active if the community is interested enough. If they are not interested in the section, that's a pity for those who are, but there is no real reason to promote them, as it were. Remember that they were dying when this move was undertaken.

Having them all in one section makes moderation easier by far. Posts in the last hours is a very complicated way to sift through everything, and less intuitive, especially because clan board have so few posts per day. It is handier to have them all in one section which an AK can look at.

All in all this suggestion would make us return to the problems we had before: spread out, unorganized boards, which were hard to moderate efficiently.

P.S. I'm not sure why you people are discussing titles. It's completely irrelevant to whether this is a good idea as fora are not decided on how to insert it in AK titles.. Also, might I suggest just keeping it Clan? It still fits the bill. Make it Clans if you want.

Well, I don't know much about official clan like AQ MQ. However I do know a lot about DF ED and especially AQW clan. If we put clan so deep like that, it's hard for people to reach it, and that will make people or not to join any clans, or they join many other site (which I musts say it's very spammy and involve hacking mostly).

However if that's how you guy feeling now, I think it's ok then. However as my experience with Custom Clan, I feel having it's own section is a "must". I guess for now thing can stay the same. But I hope when Clan get release in once more game (so far we only have ED, but possibly DF and AQW will) I think this should be discussed again
