What do you think about this skill? I think the cooldown should be reduced..

^ The reason I use Assimilation. A lot of builds have only enough EP to use whatever moves they need to use.
Reducing the EP of those build literally destroys builds in some cases.

Their isnt much to discuss on this but ok, i love taking 2 energy away from people because it always messes something up.

I think it would be great if we can just reduce 1 cooldown, no way mage can keep in touch with other "fast build" anyways

It's risky, though the risk pays off sometimes.

-3 energy ruins ALLLL, assimilation is the most awesome thing ever released (better than blood shield and probably SA too)

^it's not really risky, just like a normal hit

It is risky because
1. If it blocks, you wasted a turn.
2. If it blocks that means no energy taken, which means they can still follow through with their plan.
3. Well thats it lol.

This skill really useful against Merc(Support) and Bounty.

I like fighting Bounty Hunters that use Smoke/Massacre because if i shield up after the smoke they always wait for the shield to drop b4 doing Massacre and i always use assimilation the turn their smoke drops/turn b4 my shield drops.

 A great skill. Definitely useful in various situations.
Hopefully players have changed their minds about it's effectiveness since the skill was introduced.
Though the skill might need a tiny buff.(very tiny buff)

Iuse it occasionaly, but this skill really shines on NPCs, especially when they have reroute; combined with reroute, you basically get a constant flow of energy, making you unstoppable.

Needs more then a tiny buff, if it had more usefulness i would probaly use a higher lvl then lvl 2.

-3 is the best
If I was a mage i would run Kringle, Imperial ACP, Bunnyzooka E
with 2/3 Malf, 6 Heal, 2/3 Matrix, 8/9 Reroute, 6 Deadly, 3 Assimiliate

 It is a very effective tool as a piece around your core build. To actually create a build around assimilation is very difficult. Not a overpowered skill, but when used well, it does undermine another's build to operate normally.

Its trash.It only works at high lvls vs those builds who use very low EP.But its useless on Mages and useless on BH they block all the time.

It is a very good and usefull skill. I use it in lv 2, and i works perfectly. Taking away 2 energy destroy Support Merc build with maybe 49 energy, so they have to chose between healing or multi. Also Bounty Hunters with a Smoke + Massacre build would mess up, as they won't have energy enough to do both, but it could easily get blocked. Against mage's it isn't good, but better than a normal attack.

Other classes wised up and increased their energy so not even level 10 is efective enough when not blocked. It would be more effective if it would take away more energy at level 10 and unblockable.

with Celestine 5 focus support build i destroy merc's and bounty's with a 9 energy drain u get the same energy as 10 and i love it when it hit them and they have low hp and they don't have enough energy to heal IT JUST FRICKEN hilarious. But i hate it when it misses i usally lose if it misses twice. but even it dose hit i've lost (TO DAX) tricky tricky instead of just smoking right at the start they smoke a turn b4 massacre it ready i have yet to beat dax with that build
