Many players are mad with fame beggers all around the game so maybe they can create a new area for them? What do you think?

Uh... no, for multiple reasons.
A couple of those reasons:

1.) This would promote begging for fame, which is considered spam.
2.) This would be a waste of time. That time could be better spent on other projects for the game.
