Well yah every AE game has game money sell back and ED is already part of AE. I dont see any harm in putting that. Except for the massive refund ED has to make.

Give us varium sellback and I guarantee you that EpicDuel will gain 75% more positive feedback. This is all we need.

including a 75% refund of the varium use on ehnacements slots.
so if i used 1000 on the wep
and 1000 on enhancements
i would get 250 from item and 750 from the enhancements.

They say it wont happen because it would be unfair to people who have already sold varium items.

I call bull on that front, because it would be amazingly easy, and very fair to refund everyone who has bought a varium package before the update x% (whatever the sellback is set to).

I 100% agree that there should be a varium sellback, it's completely ludicrous that it hasnt been included already, its a slap in the face to all paying customers and a total money grab on ED's part. I vote for integrity and fairness on the part of the company, which is sorely needed and wanted by their large on the fence player base.

how about we all PM this idea and spam Nightwraiths and titan's inbox with it?
until they implement it.

I don't even understand why epicduel devs would progress this far into the game without varium sellbacks, and make it even harder on themselves if they were to implement varium sellback because of enhancements.

The reason there isn't varium sellback is because the devs want to keep the money flowing into their pockets, meaning the more people that buy $50 packages and the other sub-packages, the more profit they make.

The devs don't see a reason, a compelling reason to implement varium sellback, because in doing so, will lessen their profits.

1. Implementing varium sellback.
2. Will cause people to retain most of their varium, and therefore will not need to buy more varium packages to keep up their supply of varium.
3. This will lower profits for ED because less people buy packages.

Do you see why now?

We need to, as a ED community, make a compelling reason to make varium sellback be implemented.
I know what companies try to do, and they will keep making these "choices" in updates, to 80% benefit their company, without attention to what we want, what we should have, and what a game like epicduel should have.
If the other AE games have this sellback option, why not epicduel?
Because they want to take more money from us to increase their profit margins.

On topic now:
I agree on 50% refund of what we paid for in varium weapons, including the varium weapons from the past that we sold.
Including both varium weapon cost/enhancements.
Next update should definitely include this feature considering that enhancements are now on every weapon/armor.
On credit enhancements or both (a mixture), I think that they should refund our mode of payment, whether be it credits or varium.
This might take a while to code, but it will be worth it for the ED community at the end, and many of us will be happy with the varium we receive back.

This should definitely be implemented! And all players that have sold back weapons deserve the amount of varium they would have received if it had been implemented earlier.

lol the idea is sound, but no way people who already sold items will be refunded too. either store the weapons or accept you got what you sold it for.
if you sell something now, and in 10 years its worth more, you should be reimbursed the difference? of course not.

why not it's a good idea as we will buy more items cheaper.. it would be good for AE and us too
we would be able to buy more weps with less var....
and i sold some items too i don't care if i can sell them more in the future...

I have no problem adding this feature. However, knowing this community, the instant the devs add varium sellback complaints and angry threads or PMs will be made and sent. New theories on how Titan and NW are scamming us will be created. Many will pressure them to give back their "stolen" varium. Many players will decide that they are "quitting". Of course, if the devs DO add varium sellback, AND give back var for weapons already sold, it will mean a large setback for epicduel. Many people would stop buying varium for a while. Frankly, this community could be part of the reason We havent got this feature yet. Maybe the devs Dont mind adding this feature but they are faced with the dilema of If they should cost epicduel lots of money by giving varium back or NOT give back varium for previously sold items, and get Complaints, threads, theories on their "stealing" of varium, and various other accusations from US PLAYERS Who will have received something that we have BEGGED for, for a long time! Think about what I have said.

Complete and utter bull.

If DF could do it, certainly ED can.

If Varium sell back ever comes, it should be like AQW AC return policy.
75 % return before 24 hours, 50 % after (or something like that :s)

As for the enhancements... I have no idea. Should it give credits or varium back (or both)?

@above: "AQW AC return policy" applies to every game EXCEPT EpicDuel.

It's 90% before 24 hours, and 25% after. In AQ, it's 90% before, and 50% after (due to the way Z-Tokens are used).

IMO. the devs would take a few 1000 years to make this feature. lets face it the devs are money minded and all they can think about is $$$$$$$$.luna out.

i think they should add this. it should be 90% for the first 24 hours and 50% after because varium is way too overpriced. You should be able to get 75% of enhancements back since they cost more than the actual weapon.

only problem the they have is, how to give a refund to the players who sold their varium items before this is implemented(if it is).
My solution is to just forget about it or spend 1 week with no update and finding out how much to refund.

Anyways the sooner this is implemented the easier it is, the longer they wait the harder it will be since more people will sell their varium items.

I disagree with varium sellback although it is helpful to most varium buyers. The way I see it is that this game does not have monthly membership, unlike all other AE games, so varium sellback is not needed. While comparing it to other AE games, I think varium could be a bit cheaper or we get more varium from what we buy.

I think you mean unlike AQW.

None of the other games have monthly membership, and the other games also have sellback for their respective secondary currencies.

I owuldnt exactly agree... Because if someone won a assault bot from the arcade and then sold it and bought the gamma bot, wouldnt that be cheatin? and getting var for free.
