i was in the aqw Q&A and i just noticed to little buttons, one said "subscribe to page", and the other was like "mark this forum read".

im just curious what those do

Subscribing to the thread allows the thread to show up in the page "My Forums". You can access "My Forums" by going to your Inbox and selecting "My Forums" from the bar across the top. This is useful for AK's, Mods, and other forumites who are keeping an eye on various forum boards. It will update as posts are submitted.

Making the forum read will unbold all the threads in the board. This makes it easier for you to see the threads you have yet to look at, or set aside new posts. Again, it's useful if you're keeping an eye on individual forum boards.
