Hey I ordered 2 EpicDuel Signed Posters from heromart.com on May 7 which was 15 days ago and on May 9th I got an email confirmation that they had shipped, and one had an estimated delivery of 2-9 days and the other had an estimated delivery of 1-3 days, why? they were both ordered at the same exact time, and it wouldn't let me select any shipping, they chose the shipping for me so why do both of the same product I ordered have different shipping speeds? Also, why haven't I received them yet? It's been well over the time they said they would be here. I've never not received a product I ordered online. Has anyone else received there posters yet? Please let me know what is going on and if you have received your poster yet, thanks.

Depending which country you live in, And what postage comapny that is been used. You can usually check your deilverys status as to see how far along it has gotten and what stage of shipping its in.

According to the HeroMart website you should have a tracking number. You should be able to use that to figure out where your item is.
