Bio: He was once Akriloth's nemesis who entered a hibernation long ago. Every year he wakes up and then forgets what he did the previous year. He was brainwashed into looting Frostvale but then repented by helping deliver the presents.

Function: Summons Reigndragons to deliver presents.
