Are we allowed to post links?(lets say youtube as an example)

Yes. Keep in mind that it's probably better to use Quietube links instead of Youtube links, as Youtube links could potentially have obscene or profane comments.

EDIT: And the linked content has to be in adherence to the Forum rules, too, not just the comments. >>
