Blood Mage Revamp

==Blood Bolt==
Renamed version of firebolt. Artwork gains a more red-ish color.

==Dialysis==
Cleanses the body. Similar to the special of the Assault Bot.

==Hemorrhage==
Damage over time. Intimidate animation.

==Migraine==
AoE. Either new animation or red plasma rain.

==Blood Magic (PASSIVE)==
Half of the energy used is instead drained from your health, however the amount of health used is more than the amount of energy that would be required.
The higher you rank the skill, the energy:health ratio becomes lower.

Example:
On a skill that costs 30 energy

Level 1:  +56% (15 energy and 23 health)
Level 2:  +50% (15 energy and 23 health)
Level 3:  +44% (15 energy and 22 health)
Level 4:  +38% (15 energy and 21 health)
Level 5:  +32% (15 Energy and 20 health)
Level 6:  +24% (15 energy and 19 health)
Level 7:  +18% (15 energy and 18 health)
Level 8:  +12% (15 energy and 17 health)
Level 9:  +6%  (15 energy and 16 health)
Level 10: +0%  (15 energy and 15 health)


==Leech==
Renamed version of assimilate. Identical function, New skill icon.

==Paralysis==
Overload renamed and with red art.

==Exsanguinate==
Draws massive amounts of blood from the enemy dealing incredible damage.
Uses same cost and numbers as massacre. New artwork having something to do with drawing blood from the enemy.

==Debilitate==
Lowers all opponents stats by a small amount.


Cyber Hunter Revamp

Becomes passive with the 2% less than the numbers of bloodlust (tentative).

===Discharge===
Uses a slightly more electric looking version of the Plasma Rain animation. AoE attack.
New skill icon

===Shock Infusion===
Same numbers and animation as massacre. All red in animation is replaced with bright blue, possibly more electric looking.

===Stealth Camo===
Shadow arts, new skill icon.

===Plasma Cannon===
Moved from blood mage over to cyber hunter.

Can be switched out for defence at the cost of a turn
PASSIVE

===Shock Absorb===
Damage taken  is converted to both energy and health.
Maxes out at 14% Energy | 14% Health.
NOTE: The energy and health gained is not added until YOUR TURN.

===Carpet Bomb===
Renamed version of artillery strike

===Harrier===
Surgitcal strike replacement. Animation similar to artillery strike

===Sabotage===
Support Nerf

===Tactics===
Support Buff

As always Xendran your ideas are cool and I agree that it shouldn't be put in the suggestions as nobody looks at it there anyway.

Xen is only presenting this as an interesting idea for what we could/should have.

Blood Magic just negates the effect of Bloodlust. You know, just because the class is called "Blood Mage" doesn't mean everything has to be red and have the word blood in it, also you should have Exsanguinate link to Blood Shield on your tree since to use it we'd be forced to give up 15 HP everytime we use a skill. Deadly Aim is more useful. I don't see the point in renaming Assimilation. Energy Shield would be more useful than BLood Shield, imo. Hemmorage and Exsanguinate look good. Would Dialysis completely reverse the debuff or just take away 80%?

Tbh, with your skill tree, leaves Blood Mage with bad defensive options, too many methods of taking away our own HP which just negates Blood Lust.

it "negates" blood lust in the same way that using spells "negates" reroute.
Names are changed for thematic purposes, theres no harm done.
Blood shield is done on purpose as opposed to Eshield.
This version of the class is significantly more offensive than the current one. These trees are under the assumption that the casting skills are buffed.

Also, you donly be forced to give up 15hp every time you use a THIRTY energy skill. And using a high energy skill may cost hp, but you also gain some of that hp back.
Blood magic essentially increases your energy supply and turns bloodlust into a combo ofbloodlust + reroute, allowing more constant damage to be dealt with skills.

Also, dialysis would most likely take away a percentage of the debuff, but with the ability to go above 100% to allow it to become a buff.

so according to this
if i use 54 tech (20-24 resistance) i would have a 8-10 extra resistance? (ill assume it goes to the highest possible res of 10)
but if i have 73 tech its 25-30 i would have 10-12 resistance basically a hybrid armor that can be raised. (im glad i got my physical bunnyborg.)

@goldslayer: Almost, insteado f 8 - 10 you would get +9. Instead of 10-12 you would get +11

Yeah, I see your point, but what if you use Field Medic or another non-damaging skill? The purpose of Field Medic is to gain HP, but you'd be losing some of the HP you should regain when you use it.

@ok and if its 30-36 res = 12-15 boost i asume it gets rounded up right? so it would make it 14.

Yes, it rounds up.
And nebulae: the amount of hp you lose is less than what you gain. Its the compensation for using less energy.
It really is about all out offence, because the ability to have a larger casting pool (ESPECIALLY one that you can replenish with field medic) allows you to barrage the enemy with spells

Something I don't understand is that Tactics and Sabotage on Tact Merc are listed as just a support nerf, this doesn't quite make sense as to why one class would have two debuffs to the same stat. Would be kinda odd...

can we vote for devs? *rigs election*
i just dont like the blood magic skill, if it was a 4th tier skill or was put at the bottom of a branch no problem with it as u wouldnt need to use it to get to the ultimate skill, because to some people that would be the most useful skill for them and for others would be detrimental if they try a build that involves the ultimate skill but ddnt want to use the extra health

it would be interesting to compare trees but only after i finish actually running numbers etc

actually i just ran through looking at the actual skills and most are just renamed versions of the same thing with same stats. like the creativity and movement of skills but have u actually looked at the trees in relation to each other and ran battle situations and possible builds?
