dont ya think? i mean wats the point of having 2 full time and 1 part time work in the team? to show how great they are?!?! thats not right!!!! if the work looks better, even if there was more ppl, they'd still look better! wonder why98% players are from america?

 I wish it was that simple. The discussion on hiring is entirely internal, but neither Titan nor Nightwraith make hiring decisions on EpicDuel.

I think they sold their game to AE and all copyrights to AE, so it would be AE's (probably Artix) decision to hire staff

 @Ubear- exactly. ArtixEntertainment makes all hiring decisions. I just want to make that clear. So, telling me "just hire more staff" isn't going to have too much of an effect on things. Hiring decisions are entirely internal. I just wanted to make this note clear.

@gold: spamming him would only result in the update getting delayed even more because he will have to read all the spam. Just leave him to it, he's a business man and knows what he's doing

artix doesn't even work in ED (as far as anyone knows)

Titan & Nightwraith got the short end of the stick. :s
I mean, really it's a PvP game, by this time now if they wasn't with AE, they would most likely have a more successful game, more staff & just alot more stuff going for it.

With AE, it's just bad. Not enough staff, everything overpriced, no help from any of the AE games staff (maybe a weapon or something)
Not trying to bad mouth Artix, but if this is his game now, he should be more involved like he is with AQW. :s

well im sure if 100+ people asking him on twitter regarding the issue of full time staff working on ED will get artix's attention.
or since u handle public relations, then u talk to the big boss instead of titan or NW about this issue

If Titan and Nighwraith had kept their game instead of selling it, everything would've changed. We would still have our old forums, the money that the players use to buy varium would be solely Titan and Nightwraiths, you know how rich the two would be right now? They could be millionaires by now. Unfortunately, they had to sell the game because it was just too costly to maintain servers and all. The both of them receive the same amount of pay regardless of what they do, and the worst part is that since this is no longer their game, they can be fired at any moment. If that happens all of Titans hard work would go down the drain. I sometimes feel bad for them, they graduated from college to live the American dream and to become the bosses of a video, now there working for Artix Entertainment.

It's true that they need more staff... But spamming ANYONE isn't the solution...

How about mass e-mailing the company with job offers? xD

Why not ask artistic help from the guys in the Art section of the AE forums? There are alot of them who would LOVE to help. For free.

AQW has way more staff than ED
they have about 8 artist and like 4-5 coders
and 2 devs who handle pvp balances alone.
then theres cysero, artix, and several others who are there (idk what they do lol)

its pretty much no mystery why AQW is said to be a much better game, with alot of more content per release
and a much larger (and probably happier) player base

also dont take the "spamming" part too literal, im reffering to something that will get his attention and actualy come talk to us in these forums answering some questions.

thats right plenty of players who would be willing to make content for the game (art content at the least)

ok, sorry then, well...um...i will hope for the greatest. Cindy, i just mailed in a $40 varium package with one of the $20 bills "effected" with origami showing the twin towers burning. well, for the ppl reading this, let God be with you and dont let the Illumanati trick u into devil worshipping.

If the Dev's would of actually told us this from the start, I think more people would of felt just bad for them. :o

@Angels, yeah. :o
I highly doubt Artix would do that, they would lose the game. Titan & Nightwraith got the boot, I would guess most of the players would leave also & ED would seize to exist. xD
The Dev's & the AE team are friends though, but Titan & Nightwraith need to stand up for themselfs & just tell Artix things need to be done.

Many thanks to Cinderella for taking the time to explain the hiring situation.

To everyone who posted, as Cindy stated, the hiring process, discussion and decisions are internal. Discussing this matter, Dev's pay or the cost of varium on the forums serves no purpose as all that is ultimately up to AE. Therefore, going forward it's quite possible that threads posted with topics related to these issues will be deleted...
