I need help! If i don't need those forum images. I gotta need some help! How do i change the profile picture!

P.S. I want Mario profile picture! HAHA!

 As darkfirekiller mentioned, only certain people have the right to recieve Special avvys.

However....
Oh the EpicDUel section, there is a person called The Doctor. According to WhiteTigerAE, he got his custom avvy through asking Circe.

 Ashari had the Helpful! title before becoming an AK and likely had upload privileges from that. I sincerely doubt anyone has received a custom image just by asking, considering that's strictly against forum policy.

There are only avatars available for us ordinary forumites and that is the AE Avatars. You cannot just upload it anywhere or choose an image for your own avatar when you are an ordinary member of the forum, you must contain/obtain a special title from the forums and those are Helpful, Creative, ArchKnights, Mods and if you are a staff member! don't worry there may be time that you will obtain a title from the forums and if you have received one you may choose a picture or an image for your profile as avatar.
