I have a question: Are there restrictions on how large (file size and dimensions) that a banner can be? Just wondering.

In clans and guilds yes, no bigger then 200kb and no bigger then 750x750.

this thread should help a bit
but it varies from section to section
its 600 x 200 in the L&L
800 x 600 in the showcase
