Fix the stupid luck factor seriously , i use 96 dex , and i didnt do a single block against a str tlm with 70 dex(he used 6-7 primary based attack) :S but next match a supp tlm could block me with 51 dex

Seriously WTF .... :S

i have to agree with you bro i have 86 dex and max sa and still no block even they have like 62 dex or low they get the block not me.

The minimum block rate should be 1%, and the max should be 50%. If dex stays as weak as it is, strength builds will be way too OP.

juggs are horrible the lower level constantly blocks and causes me to lose even when the fight is clearly unfair to me.
