Selina: Quickflash is on the move! You must hit him 6 times with my Largo Laser to slow him down!
Selina: I created a special laser that can slow Quickflash down. Unfortunately, he's being defended by Boltavolt missiles!
Selina: You will need to defend against the missile by shooting their weak spot. You must have good aim!
Selina: Make sure your targeting reticle is centered on your target. Otherwise, you will miss.
Selina: After you survive the barrage of missiles, Quickflash will zoom by very quickly! You will have to "tag" him with my laser.
Selina: You will need lightning fast reflexes to hit Quickflash. He is very fast.
Selina: I will warn you by saying "Heads Up!" when he is nearby. Then listen for a whooshing sound!
Selina: You will have to hit him directly on the chest to successfully tag him.
Selina: After you have tagged him in all of the city areas, he will slow down enough for you to actually fight him.

Quickflash: Hello, <Character>. I am Larry Valen. a.k.a. Quickflash.
Quickflash: That laser you hit me with seems to have disrupted Boltavolt's mid control hypno-beam! Thank you!
Quickflash: Boltavolt must be stopped! He was using me to deliver massive supplies of ammunition. He is building something huge.
Quickflash: It is called Universo. I don't know what it is exactly, but involves enough ammunition to supply an entire mecha army!
Quickflash: Unfortunately, I do not know the location of his secret headquarters. My deliveries were always at different rendezvous points...
Quickflash: He is covering his tracks masterfully. None of our previous sensor sweeps could reveal his location.
Quickflash: I can't fathom how he could hid 6 billions tons of Crystallized Dragon's Breath...
