My Avatar Refuses to Change

I want to change my avatar from this one becasue I've had it for a long time now. But when I went to change it yesterday, it kept displaying this one instead of the new one. Any Help?

 Once you choose your new one you need to click Apply first and then click Ok for it to change.

When making changes in your profile, you need to click "Apply" at the bottem of all them buttons, then click "Ok" after making all the changes.
