well im working on alot of build but not that good. im not saying i lose alot but can you prove me wrong that tech mage are not weak.
if your a pro mage what build do you use well me i use alot of build but not good anymore.

Tech mages are NOT weak.A str mage pwns in battle.

Btw this should be in the Epicduel Battle Strategy section.

tech mages are weak now yes since heal nerf but before that they were really good.

Tech Mage's are an excellent class. I will say however Assimilate really needs a buff, a lot say "It's such a good skill when used right" that is true, but to some extent. It's definitely not on par with all of the other skills that take energy. I even heard "It's probably not on a two turn cool down because not only it takes energy, but it adds energy", give me a break... At maxed it only returns 6 energy, and on average I receive just about that amount(Per Strike)... So I really don't see why it couldn't be buffed, all I really want is a two turn cool down placed on that skill.

It is not, but is the hardest one to have triumph with, you can't copy one build exactly and have the same efficiency as the original build. Also, it depends on the style itplayer has to win, it needs a lot of experience, and I used a supercharge builds, since heal has been nerfed, supercharge helps me recover some health and dealt good damage. You can test a build battling anpc, but if you already has reached lvl cap, battle hank and if you beat him with no problem and boosters, there you are, you got your build as good to beat a medium varium player.

No, Tech Mages are an amazing class that actually takes skill to use. In a world where Str Tac Mercs are supreme and the couple of good things we had going were nerfed, we still remain one of the most versatile classes.

i dont know i just read some guy cannot beat snork but me, a F2P TM, managed to pull it off so we are stronger then some classes in some areas

Ah yes the good old days when heal loop and FM improving with support was awesome,with a malfunction and a level 6 deadly is too strong.

It isn't weak, it just takes more strategy to use than most classes. Also, I agree that assimilate needs a buff. What about...
Assimilation
Level 1: 3 Energy Points
Level 2: 6 Energy Points
Level 3: 9 Energy Points
Level 4: 12 Energy Points
Level 5: 15 Energy Points
Level 6: 18 Energy Points
Level 7: 21 Energy Points
Level 8: 24 Energy Points
Level 9: 27 Energy Points
Level 10: 30 Energy Points

I know this sounds OP, but it would encourage taking off skill points from other skills and putting them into assimilation to make it more effective :) (meaning we will have less points on deadly aim/reroute/heal)

I wonder when it's gonna get buffed lol.
I really want that cool down lowered for sure... I use that skill at level 7, it's very handy but I think it'd really benefit the TM class if it was put on par with all the other energy stealing skills. Tac mercs have atom smasher + reroute.

Atom Smasher has a two turn cool down.
EMP has a two turn cool down.
And both of those skills are very good, so why can't assimilate have a two turn cool down lol.

I use a level 2 deadly aim lol, just so I can benefit more from Assimilate.

i think we should get a mini bloodlust with technician since BH have a mini reroute for reflex booost

I find the only thing make TM weak: Bot

Nerf Bot: Worse thing a Mage can deal with
Gamma Bot: Annoyingly strong, a Mage can Maf once (or twice if you don't Heal loop) and Tank build always bother Mage

it's good vs anything else but bot
