I've tried loggin into my account in AqWorlds but it says "User name not found" but i can still sign into the manage account and i could still see my character page, what can i do to fix this?

Send an email to the Help Page Team, tell this issue.
If you don't know your transaction ID, just fill in N/A

This is a bit of a crapshoot: you're typing your login info correctly, right?

If not, there's your solution. :P If not, then AVA's suggestion is the best way to go. The Help Staff are the only one who have access to account information, so they're your best bet.
