 I'm wondering if it would be nice to add new specials to the new classes. What is your opinion? Do you believe CH's, TLM's, and BM's need new specials?

Do you mean class-specific bonuses (that can range from being a stat bonus to chance to deal poison damage) as comparable to the races of Skyrim?

 Maybe, the only skill updates I can recall are the Assimilation/Blood Shield/Shadow Arts.
I would love to see more powerful moves that only the highest levels can use, for example a epic plasma bolt that you have to be level 30 to use.

If you have a good suggestion of a skill you should put this in the ED Suggestion Sections :)

BM definitely needs a new special. Super charge's health regain ability doesn't even stack with blood lust.

 What came to my mind is 4th tier of skills. There will be one someday when cap gets even higher, as we will be able to simply achieve ultimate builds that will not be balanced. Well unless Staff decides to raise skill's cap and kinda weaken them - we would train them for longer, no 4th tier and better balance.

Super Charge steals 30%
Blood Lust can steal up to 23%

53% of supercharge damage is very very high.
If I hit a 80 that heals me more than 40 hp, like a regular heal.

^ True, until you remember that Blood mage is arguably the weakest class in the game. (Especially thanks to the release of the Azreal bot)

Perhaps, as the class has no way to truly recover their lost energy, a vampire-like poison, absorbing damage over time while not interacting with rage or counting as normal damage?

 I would love to see new Specials (exactly as GS1 said) that give the classes more....context. I don't think blood mages really have supercharge. Should they? Or receive some cooler move like, BloodCharge (just kidding).

No. The classes are already powerful enough. If anything, make the evolved surgical strike and supercharge physical, just to shake things up a bit.
Even so, no we don't need new ones.

Yeah I guess. Though that would nerf STR CHs a bit and they would be quite upset. But their OPed enough so whatever.

 I like Nicolas's idea. Perhaps a "Precision Strike" for Tactical Mercs, dealing phys damage, and a "Auracharge", dealing phys damage.
