Try using a static charge that gives 1 of these amounts of energy: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24 After 20 energy, static charge can be divisible by 2... 1 static charge will then allow 1 skill use costing 20 energy or 2 uses of a skill costing 10 energy (example: 1 use of cheap shot and defence matrix). Make your static proficient for multiple skill usage. My current build gives me 18 energy per charge, allowing me to use maximum field medic (35 energy [2*18=36]) every 2 charges, or level 3 malfunction (18 energy) every charge. EDIT: Notice how I did not include 22 energy as a recommended value for static charge? 22/2=11... 11 is not an even number, hence is not as easily as manageable when fuelling skill costs. If many skills start at 10 energy or 14, then why would 11 energy or 13 energy be the number to fully utilize every energy point? Ahaha, conservation my friends, practice it on occasion.
