Beta and Gamma gear are already very old(almost 3 years for beta and almost 1 year for Gamma) so is it time now to label it ultra rare?

not gamma yet but absolutely beta, 1 year later gamma also should be ultra rare

Ultra-Rare means Ultra-Rare, not old. Not supported.

 I would say the Beta weapons should be Ultra Rare and in a year or 2 make Gamma Bot and Bike Ultra Rare.
