I was playing a little earlier today when my opponent suddenly says "Hey Scarlet! I recognize you from the forum!" I was amazed and shocked that someone actually recognized me in game. It felt cool and kinda wierd. Anyone else ever experienced this that isn't already famous from the leaderboard?

i've had this for years now ;p

last week, someone actually recognised my lvl 1 alt i never played on till then,
seems like all 6 of my chars are visable in one of my vids xp

he: are you baisball
me: ?
he: are you basicball?
me: do i look like basicball?
he: i know you from youtube
me: :3

so much for going undercover xP

 Off of my EDF account(shortly after the Elites Vs Everyone else flame war I made some new friends of old players) off of this account and off of EpicDuelMegaUpdate videos so hiding on One Winged Angel is not an easy task

I dunno when I'm going to go back to EDMU

But I used to be somewhat well known -.-' but honestly, earlier this year I was accosted by a Azure Eyes who knew I was Wraith. (She's drodrae)

We need lLambO and DBag/MrBones to get onto this thread. :3

Well you wanted me on the thread WRAITH so here I am ;)

I get reconized from the forums all the time. It is especially funny because I was forced to change my forum name from DBag to MrBones.

I also get reconize just for being DBag. That character have a life of it's own in ED.

I would like to take the opportunity to say HI to all my buddies, in-game and in forums.

lol I have seen a few people before, but sadly, I haven't been recognized :(



HOWEVER, when I had my Gothic Hunter armor, I was recognized A LOT! xD

good i think, since we're trying to help people, and they accept the help. you should check out the channels analytics if you some spare time, i find them quite interesting myself ;)

you did kinda ruin 5fingerdeathpunch' anonymity by using him in 2 or 3 vids though :3

 @BB When I get lazy and use him it is because I failed in two or three other videos with OWA but I have left a handful of my alt's out of the Videos or off of the forums

I dont get recognized much, but I recognize tons of forumers haha. The best was when I was having a conversation with Arevero in the ballance discussion thread and I just happened to look in my faction and see he was in it too!!!

I've bumped into many forumites and added them onto my friends list.

Ratio of me recognizing to them recognizing me:

7:1 T_T

Lol.

I usually recognize forumites kuz I absentmindedly click on the Epic link under each name and then I subconsciously remember the name.

7:2 yay lol :P

Hope to recognize (and be recognized :P) by more of you in battles!

Once somebody called me Basicball. It was funny, because he asked me to vid a battle. I was like "Are you crazy? I'm not Basicball!"

Good old times...when we still had decent parties. Talking with new players that are like "I know you add me and vid our battle plzzzzz" isn't similar whatsoever to chilling with some of my old friends.

I see Digital X (DEEEEGEEE! :D) quite a bit, used to see goldslayer, Fay Beee, jeraN/rej, BloodKnight (YU IN MAH FACSHUN), Azure Eyes, saw liy010 in AQW =D, met Wind right before Delta, met JZ and joined Elf Priest JZaanu's faction in late 2010 (I think...), WhiteTiger, OWA, Basicballz, Epic Pwnser, Ghetto Ninja, LordC, Illuminator, Rogue Ninja/Agiluz, iRhian/RAB (dunt hert da mogwin wid da big axe pweese lolololol).

 All the time actually. I've made quite the name for myself despite any actual in-game accomplishments like a good faction, good win count, or even a Daily Leaderboard.

1. I get recognized from the forums. Several random strangers tell me they see me post here.
2. Youtube videos(which all the ones that have my name in the title end with me losing) mainly such as Xendran's vids. I've had numerous people tell me they saw me fight Xendran and that I was good(despite being trampled in that video).
3. 2vs2 battles. I've made quite the reputation among several players there that I am a very deadly threat in 2vs2. Often times I've heard my partners brag about my ability to singlehandedly dominate the enemy team and that they witnessed it themselves.

 As of know, mostly from the videos I've made. It's nice to be recognized from that since I put time and effort into them.

Back when I played more, I was recognized from the forums, 1v1 daily leader-board, and my faction.
