I believe we should bring back the +35 damage to the robots. Everybody is going tank and we need stronger bots now. But mainly because we are at level 34 and the lowest level we can face is 29. I believe level 35 would be released in a couple months, like ED always does every year. They increase the level cap.

Would you like to have the +35 damage on the bots back? Yes? No? Discuss !

 The scaling of 7 per focus level was bumped down to 6 because bots were too powerful at low levels for so little focus and the ability to have an effect as well. Right now, bots are pretty well balanced aside from the fact that everyone has equal access to the same effect power regardless of Focus level.

And what are you saying? That was back then because at level 31/32 you faced more noobs that are around level 26-28. Now our level cap has increased. and the level 29's are a bit more competitive as I can see.

No, not focus damage. Only the bot damage.

 Regardless of our level up at the cap, bots would still be OPd at lower levels. Our cap could be 50 and having +7 per focus level would be too strong still for lower level players.

lol my tech mages Gamma Bot would do over 70dmg if they buffed it

as well as low level opness, it would also create a huge gap between non variums and variums, because as everyone knows rusted assault bot cant do very high damage

 To add to kingpowerlord, non-Variums aren't so feasible with stats and rarely can afford enhancements unless it's literally a few, so this would be mainly in favour of Varium players which I don't want. Just another excuse to spend more money on Varium in the end, not needed. :)

Originally, I didn't care about the focus nerf becuase I was a low level at the time and there were no non-varium bots (Beta). I can live without the return of the +35, but if it came back, there would be a lot of OPed lower levels.

I share the same thoughts but not as strongly worded. Stil vouching for it to be moved into it's own stat category. Waiting patiently here, not sure when I stand up and put my coat on though.

Take it from me, take it all, I love EpicDuel, especially in the beginning, but old fads do die with my attention span which is about a micrometer wide.

Focus is a cool idea, but when it sits on a roof founded on the 4 basic stats? Focus wil bend and shear as the stats do.

Remove focus, make bots damage=to your level -2 (minimum of 10).
