Constructive!

With this release on this sword, please tell me your positive thoughts both battle-wise and aesthetics.
We will be using these for a video release, and most interesting ones will be selected.

Take Care

Battle-wise, this weapon is unstoppable! It burns down anything and everything in its path (including me). It is the most powerful weapon ever released into Delta V, and I hope we get sidearms and auxiliaries to go along with it.

Its aesthetics are incredible! I am always awed when I see it. It is gigantic, but not too big. It radiates the colors of fire, and no other thing in Delta V looks quite like it.

Even with 1 enhancement it is the best weapon in my inventory, the only one that even comes close is the bionic battle gear and its fully enhanced. It has low (great) requirements and amazing damage. I love the animation where a ghost/spirit goes through the sword itself. The colors are in perfect harmony, blending into each other and looking perfect. I only wish it had a special.
It is also perfect for my build. I am doing 30+ damage in juggernaut while having 45 defense and resistance. If I just had more credits or varium I would dominate the game.

has ten 1v1 wins

I like the stats, mostly because they are spread out, making it a flexible weapon for almost any build.

Personally speaking, im not a giant fan of the appearance. It seems a little too wide, I would have preferred a weapon more like Frostbane, long, skinny, and powerful. The color blending is definitely interesting, as it is one of the first weapons that have a multi colored blade. I would have preferred to see different tones of the same color, instead of the transitions from blue to redish.

The stats are incredible and the artwork fits really well with my other items, the pink/red flowing into blue is sweet and I only
had to tweak my colours slightly to match. The downside is both Mage classes have many staff requirements on their skills.

Unstoppable swing and slash from hell. Not only you get to Kick-∆♠S but also look good while at it.

The artistry of the sword is exceptional. I see crystals when I look at the sword... a large, sheen, crystal. Very beautiful. The promotional set for the war should use exactly that look, and while we are at it, guns and launchers should be included, they would all look pretty.

(I really could not comment on the sword's statistics in a positive manner, however unfortunate, myself I am not a fan of stat requirements nor the stat placements, as said topics could use a revision)

I appreciate the level appropriate stats and the fact that it will be slightly stronger when I level up. Since level 35 is drawing near, this was an obvious best buy.
The sword looks good enough on my primary but is exceptionally well matched esthetically to one of my alts, Poison Pete.

It's ridiculously powerful. I haven't gotten around to enhancing yet, but just by staring at the stats, I can tell that my build will be even more OPed when I do.

As of the aesthetics; I'm not a fan of the color scheme, but I love the blade animation of the sword.

My opinions on the sword...

Firstly, must compliment the artwork and design of how the sword looks. Honestly the sword is definitely in my top 3 favourite weapons, along with my Frostbane and Soul Ripper.
Also the sword's colours matches my Armour Colour's

Secondly, the stat modifiers of the sword is very well balanced and it also creates/ provides many different build possibilities such as tanks, or strength builds (like mine in the Screen Shot).
The sword does +36 Primary damage, and has a total of 30 Stat modifiers plus and extra 9 enhancement slots, which makes it one of the most handy weapons in the game giving more extra stats than any other weapon previously released. The Swords +9 enhancements can help increase your tank build, and it can also increase your strength for high strength builds, with the added +9 dex and tech stats which can make it a strength-tanks build.

Thirdly, the promotional and rare value. It is a Limited-Rare which boosts my inventory rating. But not only that, the sword came along with a 1,450 Rating achievement which made this sword even more desirable.

Lastly, it's the first ever level 35 weapon. It also has a pretty good weapon's description which fits a storyline in-game, and also the sword itself is named after the Infernal Infiltration Saga, with the name being "Infernal Slayer" which is awesome!
Description of sword...

quote:

Kraggor's people are expert jewelcrafters and miners and have created a weapon of immense power and beauty.

Overall, the sword looks great, is great in battle, has great perks, has great sentimental value with the 'Memorial Day' event, fits the great Storyline which is yet to come... and so that would be my Positive Opinions and Thoughts on the new sword

*compares Frost Destroyer to Infernal Slayer*

Nuff said.

The extra 2 damage and 3 stats (fully enh'ed) make up for it being a sword :P.

The Infernal Slayer is great at the moment. However, since this is the first level 35 weapon, I would feel that it should have some more "special" qualities. Personally, the sword could use a special or something. Possibly, something that goes along with the upcoming Infernal Infiltration War (summon mechanical bugs for some extra physical damage?). Otherwise, I feel that the sword is great. It has a total of 39 stat points after being fully enhanced, which is the most for any weapon at the moment (I believe). Additionally, it does 36 damage (without the added strength and encumberance).

The art for this sword is AMAZING. It's absolutely breath-taking. I mean, the sword appears to have been carved from a stalagmite. I love how there are at least 4 different colors along the blade of the sword. The spirits floating through the sword is also cool. This sword IS one of the best pieces of artwork in the game.

Please structure this storyline not to be for Levels 30-35 but 20-35 this time. So can you redo it? I didn't get to play since I'm just a Level 23.
