Changing bloodshield to technician or energy shield.

True, but they don't abuse it much. In place of Blood Shield, TlMs would.

NExt time, put this in Balance Discussion.

All balance suggestions, and discussions belongs in the balance thread. The Reminders on Posting did mention where to post for balance suggestions.
