First, there are many great players in the game did not take their right of fame in this game, so I thought of this idea.

Championship each month consists of stages of exclusion and the winner in the end enters the Hall of Fame and Hall of Fame has its own icon in the status bar at the top and have this achievement is not everything

And its value (achievement) 2000

And a tournament brings together more than influence

And that brings more influence
At the end of the month will be in the Hall of Fame

I sort of see your idea a little, you didn't really explain your idea that well and also where would your idea take place, what location in Delta v would it be in?

I really don't think a tournament is the right way to go with a hall of fame.
Things like:
Blue Star, Emperor Rank, Having all the dailies, things like that should be in the hall of fame.

I know i need little time to make a bigger picture for the idea in my mind so wait a little time and this idea will be in next stage in epic duel.

the hall of fame will include players oky those players will awarded cheeevo and a new rank (fame) so the hall of fame winner will remove his rank (warlord,legend,hero,etc) and his nickname will colored with blue color like this just

 they can make a tournament place called the colosseum... kinda like the old arcade battles
