3 weapon and weapon1 it has 13% to reduce enemy str by 20 and weapon 2 it reduce dex by 20 and weapon 3 it reduce tech by 20

Not Supported. For once there are debuffs for this called intimidate Smokescreen, and Malfuction. Second this doesn't even sound original and a copy of the delta weapons with the exception that they work with the other stats. Lastly these weapons would OP the classes especially those who already have a debuff skill.
