Strength nerf idea

I just got finish looking at all the moves that work with strength and while strength itself needs a nerf I noticed one thing. Every move that powers up with strength has does X% more damage while every other move that works with dex, tech, and support has a set range value. No wonder a lot of these strength moves hurt so much. So my idea is that instead of having these moves do x% more damage make them at each level have a fixed amount of damage they do with strength. With this idea in play along with a good nerf to strength it will bring the power of these moves down to a more manage level. So what do you think of this idea?

Sure, but at the same time, it would not look right when used with the Primary weapon if a normal Strike is 20 damage for example and a Level 10 Double Strike is 15 damage. Would probably need new animations. Otherwise I support this.

As long as the strength doesnt affect those that dont abuse strength, im fine with that; because if a 17-20 focus build's got nerfed to 14-17, i think it would make the game abit too slow. Maybe if u have 100 strength+ strength will improve slower or something.

How about it improves slower at 80, because that is when strength builds start
