EMP/Atom Smasher 3 turn cooldown

I have always been thinking why Assimilation has a 3 turn cooldown whereas EMP and Atom Smasher have only a 2 turn cooldown. I know you get energy from Assimilation but it's only 6 at max. I think EMP and Atom Smasher should be nerfed with a 3 turn cooldown.

Well atom smasher and emp only take energy away while Assimilation not only does this, but deals damage and adds half the energy drained to your energy pool so it makes sense it has a higher cooldown.

 It can be good to add more cooldown to these skills but you have to remenber that assimilation has 3 turn cooldown because it takes 12 energy at max, It dont requiere energy to use,
inflicts DMG to you'r opponent and it gives you energy and you can use it all the times you want.

Assimilation Dont have energy cost and deal a normal damage hit + with Energy Steal, EMP cost energy dont deal damage and cant steal energy, atom Smasher have the same effect of EMP and can be blocked.

Not supported, emp is the skill that requires higher energy
