What if instead of measuring overall influence by daily 1v1,2v2 & Jugg wins we have monthly wars over the territory of Delta V.
I never really got why two members of the same alignment would have to compete over flag capture points if the other alignment is the real enemy.Why not pick a location every month, let's say Barren's Outpost,Bio Dome etc. and make it a temp war zone between Legion and Exile (like with Frysteland and Infernal Mines).By the end of the entire thing whoever has control over the most territory (whether it be exile or legion) would win achievements or something for their respective alignments.
Rules:
-Each faction has to have active participation in order to reap the benefit of the final reward.(Could probably be measured by a required amount of overall influence)
-After a territory is captured,the factions with the most influence under the victorious alignment will have their flags on display at capture points in the territory,and they cannot be changed after the war for that zone is over.
I do understand that factions which mainly comprise of varium members would somewhat dominate,which is why I said a prize at the end of the entire competition for the entirety of the alignment factions who met the influence requirement.
This was all I could think of for now,if anyone has anything to add feel free to do so.I know this could potentially change the fundamentals of the way factions function,but I just wanted to get the idea out there.
