 Well for me reason is cause it is really boring how impossible for any new players that started in gamma or later that can't even hit all times and since there will be no longer npc apart of Ed. Why not just reset it all up again or make it way were every year you can try again so that way becomes more fun then way it is now. Oh I don't mean you will lose all your wins just like how you go for 1vs1 daily but last longer then day. what is your thoughts about this you think this good thing for ED or no and explain why for both.

why don't you play ED every day for one year and you just might make it into the all time. Do you understand what you are saying, considering that if you calculate the amount of time some players have put into this game to be on all time LB it is enough to get a Bachelors-Masters degree.

im a little indecisive on this one.

for me personally, i would prefer resets every 3 months.
this would allow players to get on all time, (note this does not reset total player wins) and achievement could be given to player who gotten on any all time. (not including fame, rarity, or any faction stuff)

this would be for individual players only.

I have to agree with Gold on this one. Even a 1 month leaderboard would be good. It gives new up and coming players a chance to gain a reputation, and old veterans a chance to show that they are still kicking. The all time Leader is just...unreasonable at this point, especially considering NPC's will no longer be part of your record, so even trying to compete with the All-Time will be virtually impossible (even if you spent a couple of years).


So, just to clarify, I agree with getting rid of the All Time and replacing it with a yet undetermined shorter time period, but in no way would I say or agree with resetting a record altogether (as Yo Son seemed to be implying?)

Well it does sound like a good idea but what about those who were already were on the All time board but are not now??

i been playing as long as some of the all timers, but i still need 38k+ wins to get on all time.

going by an average of 200 wins a day, it would take me 190 days to reach all time, IF 15th place doesn't get more wins.
and 200 wins on average now takes 6 hours. it should be less once NPCs are gone.

Skeleton: They keep all their wins, but their 3 Month leaderboard wins would be reset. Just like dailies, but they last 3 months.

While it would be nice for all the newer players, I don't agree to it. Even if those players did NPC grind they still put in time and effort to gain their wins wheather it was PVP or Player vs NPC. To delete all that work some playing since beta which is equal to 1-3 years for some isn't fair in the least.

What about those players from Alpha/Beta that has dedicated a lot of their time just to make it up there? They'll be removed and forgotten!

You are not deleting their wins, just making it possible for people who were not part of the old system to gain a reputation. Once again, THEY WOULD NOT LOSE ANY WINS, in fact, the active all time players would probably still make the 3 month, there just wouldn't be an All Time board that would be almost impossible to get to come Omega.

ur not deleting the player's wins, ur starting over the LBs again, the players would still have their wins.

As long as no prize (achievement, tokens, credits) is awarded at the end of a 3 month ladder cycle, I don't give a dime if they reset it or not. It does not motivate me at all.

Well, if you suggested this one month ago i wouldnt agree within the least.

But, since they all, literally all players on that lb have only NPC grinded, it would be fair.
The devs are trying to discourage NPC grinding, but the whole 1vs1 all time LB is NPC grinding.

Thats why i do support this now, its about time to delete the NPC grinding.
Everything will be changed in Omega, so the LB should too in my opinion.
But, there should be some kind of Hall of Fame or something, so they eventually still are on the top somewhere.

a leader-board cheevo that is awarded for being in the top 15.
but, if this is done, it should be for all modes, not just 1 vs 1.

also for those criticizing NPC grinders, you aint about that life :P, u have no idea how hard it is to grinding for days and days and months and months. it gets so boring.

Like i said before,


Just add another 1v1 leader board called omega + 1v1

But keep the old all time 1v1 as well.

So players could technically get there name on both.

i prefer remorse's idea.....also keep in mind, the 2v2 leader board doesn't have npc grinding...it's all pvp

nope not supporting this idea, as some said it wouldn't be called all-time if it doesn't count in the total amount of wins from alpha to delta. a simple solution would be just adding a monthly 1v1, 2v2 and jugg wins that resets every month.

I dont see why anything apart from 1v1 should be touched mir,

I would be very disappointed if the Devs suddenly erased all the hard work the players on the boards put into the game.
Especially the modes that aren't 1v1 because at least those people didn't cheat there way with NPCs.
