What's the problem of class hoppers?

People class hop for the following reasons

1 They found an overpowered build within that class and want to jump on the bandwagon
2 they want to try a class out for fun
3 they just have an extreme case of boredom and want to jump classes often.

But in all honest OP I think you should add more to this since it seems like it is meant for the Q and A rather then the balance section.
