For those all who have houses (Which I don't sadly)

I would like to suggest that you should be able to sell them for extra money for varium. Since one of my friend has told me that it isn't sellable.

 If you mean more money back then you paid.
Not supported.

If its like when you sell a wep (less then 50% of the normal price) then yes Supported.
But they should not get back much, since they were aware that they couldnt sell it before they bought it so.

Nono I mean what you say :) Not exactly how much you paid. 50 percent of credits & how much ever percent of varium we get when we sell back :) Of course not the whole thing back. Will it be supported now?

Supported. I have two houses and I use the one and my other one just sits there collecting dust (hypothetically). It would be nice to sell it for a portion of what I paid for it. Great suggestion alive

Still waiting in line to sell my 4 "teleporters" (houses). Between 1.5 and 2.0 times the value would be appreciated for those few years of stagnant purpose.

Houses need to be given a decent use.


I like the idea (forgot who suggested it)

Where houses brought in income such as small credit amount over time.


For example it could be made that a house brings in say 100 credits per hour of online game play (not active offline).

The credit amount given could also be determined by how much the house cost,

This would also promote game-play.


Note: The income would stop coming in if the player was [AFK]
