Good afternoon,

Now that we all know what omega holds what can we expect in the future apart from the content releases? Will all the balance updates be gone? Will we be stuck forever in omega?

So what are your thoughts on the future of ED as a whole.

There will still be changes even though we're stuck in phase though, so it's not a lot to worry about. Anyways, I'm still a little scared how this will turn out...

I can't see anyway for them to no longer have balance updates, balance will most likely always be something that can be changed, although hopefully omega will make it so less balance updates are required.

That said, Im hoping that omega will lead to a greater expansion of the game, meaning tournaments, new uses for factions and maybe even new classes in the future!! (haha its a strech and would take awhile, but it would be great to increase the diversity in the game!!! :)

Actually the ancient Greek used more letters than the six phases we have went through, but the epicduel team actually skipped 19 letters therefore 19 phases. We skipped them for some reason to the last letter omega(o), I think maybe they might switch from the ancient Greek order of letters to the modern order therefore pi(p) would be the next phase.

This being my guess if they choose to continue with ancient Greek

As far as the game is concerned they will continue nerf, patch, and update everything because nothing can go on if there is no change.

 People should also realise that balance is ongoing. Weapons with stats? Well they gotta be balanced. Skills on items (new ones)? They gotta be balanced. It's ongoing. Difference is that balance changes will be much easier to make and it'll be much harder to abuse things now as well.

Instead of such a big focus on balance, they will be able to focus on bigger projects to improve the game, make evolved classes unique (in terms of skills) and eventually create more classes. Adding more skills to skill trees as well when cap is raised (someday probably, like Lvl 40+?).

 Honestly omega is the last letter of the greek alphabet i think it will be the last phase of epic duel unless the player base increases massively which i cant see happening
