I do not think that the Omega Armour will be released in the Omega Update.
My guess is, they will release it mid Omega Phase.
I think there's been previous posts about this Omega Armour.
Anyways, I think it's going to be epic just as the Delta Armour.

It will probably have some super-awesome power like Chairman's Fury.

Personally, I'm not planning on using it unless it is so ridiculously strong I have no choice.

It probably won't be, though. Once we find out what special effect the weapons have we'll have a good idea what the armor will do.

I'm not seeing much of a discussion here. Since there has been so little information revealed about the Omega Armor, any discussion is little more than speculation. Therefore, locking this up.
