Your basing most of this post on what you think the devs have done.
I don't think a post of speculation should be done like this. It should at least be somewhat educated.

First thing, how do you know they arn't done with the battle engine right now? That was what they said on the 20th of December. Which is about 2 weeks ago. The devs are probably done, if not completely done with the battle engine by now.

I believe they did those 70 abilities in one or two days. (Unless I misunderstood what the DN's stated) So that means they are Most likely done with the battle Engine. Even if they are not, that doesnt mean it won't be released in January.

Maybe they have done it now since its 'January' but I think if the abilities were done, we could've used then in December.
And another question, Will there be New abilities for each Yeti e.g. Dark yeti, Dark Warrior Yeti, Dark Omega Yeti.
They do weapon abilities last. They've done that forever. If the abilities for the Omega weapons were done in December, we still wouldn't be able to use them. You can't release a new phase with just weapons. That doesn't work. The point of the Omega phase is stat freedom on your gear. Releasing only the weapons would still be Delta.
The Yeti robots all have the same ability from what I've seen. If you buy a T-shirt, you receive a black yeti right now!

With alot of things going on in Omega and there are going back to there 'normal working' days (In december, there were working uber hard to finish Omega, but nope, didn't happen), I think the Update will be at Mid-february. You never know when the update is coming but they have so much work to do right now.

Who says they are going back to their normal working days? You? If I know anything about our devs, I know that if they happen to screw something up, they will work forever to fix it. They are a small staff. But they do stuff most games cannot do. I like to call them Power Staff.
A lot of speculation is in your post.
You think the Update will be Mid February?
And your basing that claim by stuff that they wrote 2 weeks ago? That my friend, is insipid.
I believe the update will be released around January 14th. I won't be disappointed if it isnt however. I'm guessing mid to late January. But the release could even happen right this second. Who knows?
