Whats the point o buying new weps when they all are going to have same damage and same stats in the end?

the reason i posted this question here is cause this section is more active

Because they look different and may have special abilities.

If you like the art of the weapon for one. Also if it has an ability that I like I will get it as well. Plus there will still be people going after the treasure hunter cheevo so that right there will give another reason to buy new items.

I just realized something..

What will happen to swords? Will swords still have more stats than clubs, staffs, and wrist blades?

adding to waxor, some weps like delta have special abilities that can't be beat, like its power to shrink xD

But u can apply special abilities to the new weps like curse too.

Some abilities can't be bought and what if the weapon with the ability costs1k , it's ability just bought cost like 800 varium, what would u do ???

What would I do? Obviously buy it for 1,000 credits. 800 Varium is a bit... Too much!

I think you're a little bit off with the currency....

If 15,000 = 300 Varium (Faction)

Then 800 Varium would = 40,000 (Or something like that!)

Plus Im pretty sure some swords specials will be better then that of the others,
For example the celtic cleaver has plus 7 % connect chance where as the others have 2%

Remember that was a promo unlike the rest of the Celtic items, and we all know that promo's are always better then regular items special wise.

YEY, The more people that don't buy varium, the more I can get my hand on a Golden Yeti!

That is BRrrilliant.

Something Gold I can get easily while not that much people are buying varium (Maybe 500/4000 people might have brought the varium pre order, and it could shorten as alot of people are revising). Yes!

Can I haz Golden Yeti please.

My guess is 100-250 , out of which 20% has no idea what is going on, rest 80%., from which 30% would not be able to play due exams or some other reason . Now left 50%, out of which 25% would play now and then, only left is the hard core challengers , so Good luck everyone :D

We'll have to wait and see the specifics of the new system. But I really doubt our Devs would completely discourage buying new weps...they just dont want to make it a necessity to survive in pvp.
