Another suggestion here...

Wouldn't it be awesome for some of us characters that don't really need or use our aux to replace them with Wings that can constantly be upgraded until it has reached some maximum level...idk...

Aux is usually useless with a strength build. Wings can be something you do not attack with BUT gives some nice stats. Idk what the stats should be or anything but just not something overpowered or underpowered.

Oh, and the wings get a new look each level up :)

um.. well supported but epicduel is about future stuff like guns auxs weps. maybe in aqw but ed could be a possible place for wings.

Sorry not supported.

I personally like the fact auxs are useless for STR builds as so that don't have the best of everything.

They already get all the added bonuses such as special attacks or debuffs based on strikes.


Plus it makes no seance to have wings in this game... It's not aqw not related to people having wings in any way shape or form.


Perhaps a jetpack.

But it's extra effects should not buff STR builds.

This is one of the most innovative ideas ever posted here.

I would also think that any weapon (primary, gun, aux) that is useless for the build should be replaceable with some kind of device/thing that does not attack but provides some other bonus, like an active/passive skill core or something.

- Aux could be replaced with wings, cape, helmet, or another back/shoulder item,
- Sidearm could be replaced with a belt, remote detonator, skill enhancer, and so on
- Primary could also be replaced by a remote detonator, skill enhancer, and so on.

Brilliant idea, VanitySixx, I am your fan now.

What the heck is a skill enhancer? Steroids?

Anyhow I do agree that we do not always need every weapon in every battle. A Support-type may not need their Sidearm so that could be swapped with a piece of armour that has the "sword trait", as in, more stats than normal items.

Not steroids, but a device that passively gives you +5 damage to attacking skills - like Plasma Bolt. Or boosts buffs. Or nerfs. Or passive skills.

EDIT - inspired by Rabblefroth, you could also have a spellbook in your hands instead of a primary weapon. The spellbook would have no attack, but it would boost your spells instead.

why not have something like, wings - improve all skills (hp, energy, dex, str, etc) by 0.5% and then other armours which do the same?

As much I love wings, I can't support this. This would make somewhat OP str builds to be massively OP. We want diversity among class , not more STR builds. And besides this might cause alot of lag.

 How is a aux useless for str builds?

- A garanteed hit to finish the opponent off
- More stats modifiers
- Special abilitys.

You see, auxes arent useless for str build, as it can give you alot of extra stats if you enchance them.
Have you ever seen a full var str build without an Aux?
No, because it does is good for the build to have one and thereby not useless.

As for wings and all, not supported. This is a more future based game, if you want wings, go to AQW or one of those games.

And you think humans these days have wings now? Lol we COULD end up sprouting wings in the future. You never know :P. And for the OP stuff I heard, I don't think it'd be OP. Because like someone else said, what if they made other stuff to replace your Aux or Primary if you don't need it.

No need for a useless weapon ;)

Oh, and I do also think the wings should be based from % like

Level 1 Wings- 2% Increase in All Stats
Level 2 Wings- 2.5% Increase in All Stats
Level 3 Wings- 3% Increase in all stats

And so on so you don't get a crap load of power from them. And anyone willing to put lots of varium into this if it's a bit costy deserves a bit of the power.

There is no way we would get Rabblefroth's Book Sidearm, because It's a STAFF ITEM.

Auxes arent useless but tbh, i'd prefer extra stats than an aux for a strength build lol. And wings would look cool if they are designed right.
