This is a topic that I am passionate about...
This is my suggestion to make things more balanced.

Since I know that many people go to school and may not have time to farm credits,
and are too young to put too much money on varium.
So it becomes very unevenly balanced force in the fighting and so on.

So my suggestion is to introduce the following job opportunities when you're offline.
That one's character can work and get different things while you are offline.
Can exist different types of jobs also possibly based on lvl.

Some suggestions on the following may well be this.
So you get an idea what I mean.

Job - Junkyard- Earn exp when you are offline base on your lvl
(To them players who find it hard to lvl up a character. Then they might not have so much time)

Job - Mine worker - Earn credits when you are offline base on your lvl.
(For players who already have lvl up but hard to get credits to upgrade their things and so on)

Job - Treasure Hunt - Can find different things that Energy / HP potion and a chance at finding weapons may even be rare and special .
(For players who are already high in the level and credits etc..)

Even one job wher you can get tokens :)

Then maybe you can also have different keys for different job.
As either cost varium or credits depending on what you get when you're offline.

I think this can make it fun for all players, not just no varium.
But I think, however, that this can help no varium players to catch up to us.

Supported but only if it's:
Tw=f(Tp)
--> Time for work in function ( proportion)of time played. If not, ,,everyone" will stay offline and ,,farm" untill they are good to go in battle- even worse than unlimited npcs problem. f(x) should be =1x --> You should be only allowed to work (the best way is to make it automatic npc fights) only equally to the battles that you have done online. Maybe if it's too harsh, then 2x (twice as much) :)

This is a game designed for core gamers. Don't expect them to cater to people without enough time to play it.
(And before you say it, no this game is NOT targeted at children, the large number of children is just a consequence of being with AE)

Not supported. This would be basically rewarding a player for doing nothing and would be abused big time. Players could give their character a job, not log on for X amount of time and would be rewarded for doing nothing. How is this far to those who battle and earn credits?

You can do a lot so it is not possible to exaggerate too much.

Like this.

1 hour play time = give you 2 hours of work time. = play 8 hours its day and get 16 work hours = 24 Hours

One can always fix so it does not get too much.
