The miss system will use the same formula that the critical chance system uses--except you wont be able to invest points into it (unless it counts as a evasive stat in the future). The animation would be the character bending backwards, as if evading, whenever this happens, a button will appear right over your foes head that says 'COUNTER?' if you click it, your character will do a strike that does 40% of base damage, but does NOT count as a turn. This would mean if you do 20 damage on a normal attack, your counter will do 8 damage. This is a version of what I posted above in a simpler form: Miss Ratio: 5% (or however much a critical chance is at default) Counter Base damage: 40%
