I find it hard for sword builds to use all the energy considering that str builds will end battles in 3-5 turns. For example as a bounty I can basically only use smoke, heal, multi, reflex, bubble shield, blood lust, etc. Maybe their can be a lower base energy so mercs cant have max maul or double strike. The hp up was nice though :P. Just make it so if str mercs want to use max maul they will have to sacrifice hp points. The high energy base isnt very beneficial to basically classes that do not get energy out fast enough...
