Message board (Notebot):

Add a scrollbar and make room for more messages.
There should be an area only for the leader where he
can write down the faction rules and a MOTD.


Tax for Battle Tokens:

The faction leader should be able to raise a tax for Battle Tokens.
Those tokens would directly raise the score of a defined faction flag
and will be subtracted from the members automatically.
This would be especially helpfull to achieve the flag chievo because
95% of faction members are unwilling to donate tokens.


Tax for leaving members:

Members that leave a faction should get taxed some Battle Tokens
that go into a faction pool or into a designated faction flag.


Faction bonus:

A faction should give a little bonus to their members so that they are
motivated to join a faction.


Co-Leader and Leader step down:

There should be an option for a co-leader beside the leader who has
nearly the same rights than the founder. This would prevent factions not
being able to kick members and officers because their founder has stopped
to be active. However the founder of the faction should be the only person
who could disband the facion and should be able to get the leadership
back at any time.

That's dictating..

For the rest, it's good.

Players should not be forced to donate. If members do not wish to donate, Faction Founder's can always take them off the Faction.

Tax for leaving members:
Well, in my opinion, they should be free to leave.

Faction bonus:
Support/Neutral on this. :)

Co-Leader and Leader step down:
In the FSI already. I support the suggestion though.

Support the first suggestion, but it has been suggested already.Definitely don't support the tax. I'm not really sure about how I feel about the other suggestions.

One and five i support but two- three and four not supported in the least.

I mean taxing players for leaving the faction, forcing players to pay tokens? Sorry but no 1000 times no.
