So, I was looking at level 1 double strike, and it's ridiculous. 15% for 15 energy, which is about a 6 damage boost from strike on a +36 damage sword. While the nerf was necessary in order to halt 2-3Hit KO builds off of people who didn't even have extremely high strength, I think that it just made some moves absolutely unusable for many builds. Here's how I think we could fix this:

-Increase base damage of multiple moves at level 1 to higher amounts (Double strike is currently 15%, move it up to 27%)
-Increase stat requirements on skills by about 3 stat points per skill point
-Make %-based skills based off of the actual damage dealt, rather than a set amount off of primary damage (meaning that if I do 30 damage on strike, and I use a skill the next turn with a 50% damage boost, I'll deal an extra 15 more damage).
-Add diminishing returns on later levels of skills
