As we know blood lust is a passive skill that steals a certin % of the damage you inflict and reroute is a passive skill that collects a % of damage that is inflicted on you i think blood lust is overpowerd because reroute requires 42 tech at max and blood lust only needs 34 tech and there is only 3% between them whitch isnt fair since health is more important than energy

The devs are not going to nerf something they just buffed.

Bloodlust was buffed for a reason, because BHs were indirectly nerfed because of the diminishing return changes in the last balance update, and BMs had been UP throughout Omega until the Bloodlust buff.

Not supported.

For the same reasons as Demon Emperor. BM had been quite UP for some time, now they got a well deserved buff which IMO should stay as it is.

Im supporting Hottie19967 Blood Lust only requires 34 tech at max and theres only 3% difference in reroute and blood lust whats with it i mean reroute needs 42 tech while blood lust only needs 34 tech thats just messed up!

Raise in requirements nerfs the high HP strength bounties, but it does not nerf BM as they don't require a ton of health and still have quite a few functional builds.

And I'm a BM.

I'd be in support of same requirement as Reroute (basically, higher) instead of nerfing it.

Make it 42 tech but stop complaining about the %, the 4% was necessary for the bh/bms to compete with the rest.

here's an idea, buff reroute, and have bloodlust on par with the tech requirements of reroute.

There is a hidden issue about this: Bloodlust is more controllable than Reroute, therefore easier to buff without wrecking balance.

Explanation: by buffing Bloodlust a BH or BM may regain exactly 1-2 more HP every attack. This is a controllable buff, because you know exactly what is the result.

On the other hand, buffing Reroute might end up in caster mages becoming much stronger, and TLMs much harder to beat. By how much exactly? Well, this is hard to control and tell.

Not supported, I think BH are's quite balanced with the new change and it doesn't need any more changes for the time being.

This doesn't mean that it cannot be changed anymore. <.< No one is suggesting lowering the %s but making requirement the same as Reroute. HP is more valueable than EP yet requirement is below that of Reroute. You can live without EP, you can't without HP.

I agree,

Blood-lust should have a higher requirement.



Plus implementing a higher requirement now, even though it may seem unnecessary, will avoid future abuse.

Which lets face it, with a nice decent buff an abuse sooner or later is bound to happen, whether it be with a new powerful core or whatever, point is it's inevitable.


adding a higher requirement will probably lower the chances of abuse by a fair bit, since the biggest opening abuse door is the high HP builds.



The day the ED team makes balance changes on preemptive decisions is the day they learn how to avoid balance issues in the first place.

Blood lust should have a higher requirement. It will discourage stat abusers even more. However, bloodlust should have the same bonus.

Could someone here be kind enough.
What is the connection between reroute and bludlust?
Bludlust gives HP and reroute gives MP

If you want a direct answer...
NOT SUPPORTED

It is not because I am a bh.. It is because You Are a TM

TM can dominate with that caster build... They could do atleat 3 firebolt and a supercharge in 1 battle
BH are usually useless without energy. We may regain HP
BUT we usually are useless without MP
TM can just collect all of them MP and then fire their bolt.
So, simple answer..

And what the hell.. 42 tech and only 25%
No one would invest points to that..
I would only agree that it will happen if there would be
A 42 Str requirement and only give 25% for reroute
without it, think of it.. BH will then be UP.
