I got this idea from DragonFable and this is what I would like to explain. Do you get irritated how you're at the level cap and you've done all those battles and finally, the cap is increased? Then you start to think "all of those battles I've done, I wish it could've counted to my experience". Well, how about when you hit the level cap, your experience can keep overflowing higher and higher without stopping, but like, the level cap is still there. The next time the cap is increased and you've already done enough battles in the past, you won't have to rework through all of it. Ex. I'm level 35 and it requires 110,000 experience points to be level 35. It takes 130,475 experience points to be level 36. So I'm level 35 and I hit 130,475 experience points. Remember, I can't be level 36 since the cap is still level 35. But...when there's an update to raise the level cap to level 36, I'd automatically be level 36. Your time saved. :) ANOTHER thing is... there should be a system in ED where it counts your experience through your battle record so that way there can be a smooth transition if this idea gets implemented and it can already start to work.
