I beleive this move is too OP and it wins games on a 70% ratio so thats 7 out of 10 or 14 out of 20

The skill should just bemoved and replaced with a new skill called Time Bomb

Time Bomb
Energy Needed:15
35 Energy At Max

What does it do:
It gets a bomb and throws it at the player and this lowers their support for 3turns

Can Be Used Multiple of times

It's true, bounty hunters are pretty much impossible to beat if they have that and the block core.

 You wan't to give BH A Skill to debuff Supp+ theyr skill to debuff dex? Not needed.

Passive for passive, you cant change a passive skill for one active.

 It's not OP, it's just a messed up passive that should never have existed. It requires no skill to use and bases lots of fights off of luck. Players with a terrible record from previous phases like delta are often beating me not because they suddenly got better, but because with many BH builds like focus you don't need skill to win, you just need block luck and the knowledge to use phys attacks after smoke.

Indeed, those players did not have the mental capacity for skill back then, but now it is so easy with Shadow arts + Cores + Smoke Screen. I believe as a BH with my 5 focus build, me and him had the same dexterity, but I had 8 shadow arts, he had 0. We dueled each other about 15 times, I blocked his first strike about 6 out of the 10 times he went first. Now after the second turn I blocked him 12 out of the 15 matches, then I cored him to strike me, which then I blocked that 9 out of the 15. Just lo much luck in this game, ridiculous, especially when a class has a passive skill that increases it by 10%.
