Now increase critical ______ damage by 4 or 5(Azarel's Curse)%

Reducing luck, and atually making it work like you mastered it(hence more damage).

Well i am not shore to support or not because i don't really understand your idea.
If it is making crits happen less often but deal more dmage then not supported because it is like saying you have 1/10000 chance to do 100000 damage.
The % shuld be high but the effect shuldn't be so noticable. The reason beeing that it is like giving you a win but it is very very rare. Crits/blocks/deflection ect. shuld give small advantages and happen often you could still win if you get criticaled once BUT it shuldn't be if you get criticaled (or any other luck factor involved) then you instaloose.

Um... you're over-exaggerating it.

What my suggestion means is that you will not get critical hits more often, but when you do get them, they would deal 1-3 extra damage.
