 The two other buffs, Blood Commander and Reflex Boost, have special effects

BC grants life-stealing along with Str increase while RB grants energy-conversion along with Dex increase.

Technician only increases Tech; it does not grant life-stealing nor energy-conversion or any other special effect

Thoughts and comments?

I have noticed this as well but never given it a second thought. I don't know what to suggest to be honest ;D

I wouldn't mind putting a (tech boost/3)% reduction in energy needed to use skills while you have technician

 The only other thing I can think about technician, is that it increases Bot DMG.

Technician is fine as it is. Besides TM already have reroute and assimilation so there is no need for and energy gain effect life reflex boost has. As for passive health gain TM don't need this either since they already have Supercharge that gives back health with this attack.

 Technician itself is already quite strong considering it's a defensive buff which increases with the other defensive stat. Its EP cost is also fairly low and is definitely worth stat point investment as well.

BC nullifies bloodlust.
use BC on a bloodlust class, and bloodlust effect goes away and replaced with BC.

it should stack.

i haven't checked frenzy but i believe it does the same aswell.

They changed it so that BC doesn't nullify it anymore. However it doesn't stack either.
