Remove the ability to:

1. Rage-Critical
2. Critical Kills (Can still kill with Rage)

 Wouldn't be good if you can kill the other player without a crit then you get a crit

Nope not supported.

This would make luck in certain cases bad especially if you can kill the person with a normal hit but you get a crit and they are left standing because a crit hit can't kill.
