Surgical and Technology bonus for focus.

Since 5 focus TLMs are now way OP it is time for a nerf.
Main OP build is the SS + Robot (IA and botanicals), so its time to nerf it a bit, as TLM is the one and only class that hasnt received any nerf lately.
This build is Op because it is a Tank that can survive till the 3th turn easily making it impossible to stop its Surgical.
After the devastating surgical, not only your rage is half gone making it still impossible to deal high damage, but you will also get Raged by an around 60 damage Robot.
Only downside of this build is that it needs alot of energy to release its powerfull attack, but since TLMs got reroute it is easy to get the amount of energy needed, not like Mercs who cant recover their energy except by generator.
Thats why i want to do the following:
Current SS:

Stat Required: 24 Dexterity at level 1 (+3 per skill level) ; 42 Dexterity at Max
Level Required: 10
Improves With: Technology (+1 damage at 21 Technology; +1 damage per 5 Technology after)
Warm Up: 3
Cool Down: 3

My idea is to change the progression and the devastating effect of surg (rage reduction) while still being a good and efficient Ultimate move of the mercs.
It will look like this:

This will make the surgical weaker yet still good.
This will stop the spamming of this skill as it wont take half of the rage bar of the opponent anymore which is (in my opinion) the worst part of this Ultimate.
I myself am a TLM so i know exactly where im talking about.

Now the focus problem these days.
The current Robot technology bonus looks like this:

Taken out some of the lower and higher ones as they arent needed here.
My idea is the slower the progression to avoid tech spamming focus builds like TLMs.
The new progression would look like this:

50 - 8-12
56 - 9-13 (+6 here)
62 - 10-14
69 - 11-15 (+7 here)
76 - 12-16
84 - 13-17 (+8 here)

101 - 15-19 (+9 here)
110 - 16-20
120 - 17-21 (+10 here)
130 - 18-22

This will discourage Tech spamming focus builds and make the robot less powerfull as it now is the highest progressive damage source in the game.

What about lowering the surgical strike damage and not the rage itself? Players can still rage in 2 turns against them because of their tank defenses.

^ im doing both.
My opponents havent ever raged in the 2nd turn.
Always the 5th as i surg the 3th so their rage is gone.
They do only 10-20 damage for 4 turns because i steal their rage.

Thats what makes TLMs OP, the ability to take the opponents rage while they need that the most.
